Mostly, I prefer reading books related to self-development. It kind of makes the whole experience worth something.
Reading fiction is good when you have time... a lot of it.
In our routine, taking time out for things that you really WANNA do is perhaps the most toughest endeavor of all.
And this definitely includes the experience of reading books.
The luxury of submerging in a world completely different from your own, to see it from an entirely different perspective, and to learn from events that you experience mentally...
all these factors make reading books one of the most relaxing and worthwhile experience of all.
Currently, I'm reading "First Things First" by Stephen R. Covey. It's a New York Bestseller and i'm really grateful to my friend who was kind enough to let me borrow it from him.
This book explains how the past theories of time management are flawed.
Being effective and efficient is not worth much if it is not in line with your personal goals.
Being Successful is worth nothing... if you are killing your inner soul to get what you've got
The book essentially explains how to be able to
Live, Learn, and Leave a Legacy !
